Under the lease program, we purchase high-quality commercial-grade lights, design your display, install everything, return to maintain the display if anything fails during the season, take down the lights in January or February, and store them in our facility until next year. You never touch a strand, never climb a ladder, never worry about storage or replacement bulbs.
You pay — we handle everything else. We buy the lights, design your display, install it professionally, maintain it all season, take it down after Christmas, and store it until next year. No equipment to own, no storage hassle, no ladder risk. It’s a complete holiday lighting service.
We come to your property, assess your roofline, trees, and outdoor features, and design a display. You receive a firm quote covering install, maintenance, takedown, and storage for the season.
Our team installs commercial-grade LED lights to your roofline, gutters, trees, and landscaping. We use professional-grade clips and hanging hardware — no damage to your home.
If any section fails or a bulb goes out during the holiday season, we return and fix it at no extra charge. Your display stays lit from install day through the end of the season.
After Christmas, we return — typically in January or February — and take down the entire display. You do not need to be home. No mess, no remnants left behind.
All lights and hardware go into our storage facility. You own nothing, store nothing, and handle nothing. Next October we reach out to schedule your install for the coming season.
Your lights come back out of storage next season. Same design, same display — or we can update it. The lease renews each year with a simple call or text to confirm.
